Decide where AI belongs before you pay to build it.
Neartú examines the business problem, the process, the people, the data, the risks and the economics before recommending a platform, model or automated system. The answer may be AI, conventional automation, a simpler operational change or a clear decision not to build at all.
Define what needs to improve before a fashionable solution begins dictating the question.
Connect workflow, data, people, security, cost and implementation instead of treating the model as the project.
Recommend the simplest credible route to a useful result, including non-AI alternatives where they are better.
AI is not a strategy.
Many organisations begin with a product demonstration and work backwards in search of a business reason to use it. That is how a promising technology becomes an expensive layer placed over an unresolved process.
Neartú begins with the work itself. We examine what the business is trying to achieve, how the current process behaves, where time or value is being lost, which decisions require judgement and what a successful intervention would need to change.
Only then do we consider whether artificial intelligence, agentic AI, conventional automation, better data, a redesigned workflow or no new technology is the appropriate answer. The objective is not to make the business look technologically ambitious; it is to make the investment useful.
AI Opportunity & Risk Review
A focused assessment for organisations that know AI or automation may be relevant but do not yet know where the strongest use case sits. We examine one defined business area, identify the real operational problem and test the suitability of AI against simpler alternatives.
The review can be completed without handing over sensitive internal datasets. We begin with process information, existing systems, decision points, cost assumptions and the people affected, then identify what further evidence would be needed before implementation.
Clarity before investment
We move through the business before moving towards a system.
The work follows a clear sequence, but the recommendation is not predetermined. Each stage exists to test whether the proposed value survives contact with operational reality.
Define
Establish the outcome, current cost, affected users and evidence that would demonstrate useful change.
Map
Trace the process, decisions, systems, handovers, delays and points where judgement or information is required.
Test
Assess data, integration, security, reliability, human oversight, skills, resistance and operational constraints.
Compare
Compare AI, agentic AI, conventional automation, workflow redesign and the option of leaving the process alone.
Decide
Recommend proceed, refine, test narrowly or stop, with the next actions placed in a practical order.
An answer the business can act on.
The deliverable is not a generic list of AI tools. It is a concise decision document connecting the proposed intervention to the process, value, constraints and work required next.
- A clear statement of the business problem and intended outcome
- A map of the relevant process, systems and decision points
- Ranked opportunities for AI, automation or operational redesign
- Principal data, integration, security and governance questions
- Workforce, skills and adoption risks that could prevent value
- An initial view of cost, value and implementation complexity
- A recommendation to proceed, refine, test narrowly or stop
- A prioritised 30-day action plan
Useful, viable and worth the disruption.
A technically possible system is not automatically a sensible system. The recommendation must also make commercial sense, fit the operating environment and have a credible path into everyday use.
Where the case is strong, the review creates a sound brief for the next stage. Where it is weak, the client receives a clear explanation before further budget is committed.
Begin with the decision the organisation needs to make.
Some clients need an independent first answer. Others require a complete architecture, a workforce-readiness assessment or experienced scrutiny while the chosen system is designed and introduced.
AI Opportunity & Risk Review
For a defined business area where AI or automation is being considered but the use case, value or risk is not yet clear. The review produces an independent recommendation before a larger commitment is made.
- Preparation questionnaire and document review
- 90-minute architecture consultation
- Process, opportunity and risk assessment
- Written recommendation and 30-day plan
AI Systems Architecture Blueprint
For organisations with a credible use case that need the business and technical route designed before selecting vendors or beginning development. The work connects objectives, processes, data, integrations, controls and delivery stages.
- Business and technical requirements
- Current-state and target-state process maps
- Build, buy and integration assessment
- Data, security and human-oversight requirements
- Phased architecture and implementation roadmap
- Budget assumptions, dependencies and success measures
AI Workforce Readiness Review
For leaders who need to understand whether the organisation can absorb the proposed change. We examine the skills gap, role design, trust, resistance, training needs and human oversight required for adoption.
- Stakeholder and workflow assessment
- Role, capability and skills-gap map
- Adoption and psychological-risk analysis
- Training and communication priorities
- Human-oversight and escalation design
AI Implementation Advisory
For organisations that want independent technical and commercial scrutiny while a solution is selected, built, tested and introduced. Neartú keeps the original business case, architecture and risk boundaries in view as the project develops.
- Vendor, platform and proposal review
- Architecture and implementation oversight
- Security, privacy and control checkpoints
- Pilot design and success criteria
- Decision support as evidence changes
A system cannot create value if people cannot use, trust or govern it.
Skills gaps are only one part of readiness. A project can also stall because responsibilities are unclear, employees believe the system threatens their roles, managers have not redesigned the surrounding workflow or nobody knows when a human must intervene.
Neartú examines the technical and psychological conditions together. We identify what people need to understand, which capabilities must be developed, where resistance contains useful information and how human judgement remains visible inside the operating model.
Ask About Workforce ReadinessThe model is one component. The business system is the real subject.
We connect six areas that are often commissioned separately and then expected to work together by accident. Each one can strengthen the case, change the design or stop the project.
Business value
What improves, for whom, by how much and how the organisation will know whether the change was worthwhile.
Process
How work currently moves, where decisions happen and which constraint should be removed before automation is added.
Data
What information exists, whether it is suitable, what is missing and how provenance, quality and access affect feasibility.
Architecture
How models, tools, integrations, existing systems and human checkpoints would combine into a workable operating design.
People
Which roles change, what skills are needed, how trust is built and where judgement, accountability and escalation remain human.
Risk and security
How privacy, access, model behaviour, reliability, vendor dependence and governance alter the acceptable route forward.
We coordinate the decision.
Neartú connects commercial purpose with technical feasibility and operational reality. We provide independent analysis, architecture and oversight so the client can make one informed decision rather than collect disconnected opinions from vendors.
- Define and test the use case
- Map the process, systems and constraints
- Compare AI with simpler alternatives
- Design the architecture and delivery sequence
- Assess workforce, security and adoption readiness
- Review vendors, proposals and implementation decisions
No theatre, certainty or compulsory AI.
Neartú will not recommend AI because the client expects an AI answer, guarantee financial returns before evidence exists or disguise assumptions as facts. Regulated legal, employment, privacy and sector-specific advice remains with appropriately qualified professionals.
- No predetermined platform or vendor
- No automatic promise to replace people
- No security or governance claims without examination
- No production build hidden inside an advisory price
- No guarantee that a pilot will become a viable system
- No recommendation where a simpler answer is better
For organisations under pressure to “do something with AI” without wasting the budget.
The work is most useful for founder-led businesses, specialist companies and focused teams inside larger organisations. A decision-maker, a person who understands the process and access to the relevant technical context must be available for the engagement.
Do we need to know what kind of AI system we want?
No. The first engagement is designed for organisations that understand the business pressure but have not chosen the technology. Beginning without a preferred platform often produces a more useful answer.
Can the initial review be completed without sharing internal data?
Yes, in many cases. We can begin with the process, systems, costs, decisions and constraints, then specify what data would need to be examined before a technical commitment could responsibly be made.
Do you build the system after designing it?
Implementation can be scoped separately where Neartú is the right delivery partner. We may also provide independent oversight while an internal team or specialist vendor builds the system, which keeps the advisory decision separate from the incentive to sell development.
Can you assess a project that is already under way?
Yes. We can review an existing pilot, stalled deployment, vendor proposal or architecture and identify why value is not appearing, which assumptions have failed and whether the project should be corrected, narrowed or stopped.
Will you guarantee savings or return on investment?
No responsible adviser can guarantee results before the system meets real processes, data and users. We define the commercial assumptions, success measures and stopping conditions clearly so the client can make staged decisions instead of relying on optimistic promises.
