Neartú Advisory™
About
Two perspectives. One business.
Neartú Advisory™ brings together commercial strategy, positioning and authority with AI, digital systems, automation, security and technical execution.
We work with founders, professionals and specialist businesses whose expertise is stronger than the way it is currently presented, sold or supported. That may mean an offer which has become difficult to explain, a website which undersells the business, a promising idea which needs testing before it is built, or a growth plan which requires better systems behind it.
Our work begins with the business itself: what it is trying to achieve, where the real value lies, what the market needs to understand and what may be weakening trust or slowing growth. From there, we help shape the strategy, language, digital presence and practical infrastructure needed to move forward.
Magdalena Buchardt · Maggie Mark
Maggie is a writer, business strategist and consultant whose background spans banking, higher education, communications, real estate and independent consulting.
Her work focuses on positioning, commercial strategy, authority, content, market intelligence, buyer psychology and the human side of business decisions. She looks at what a client is trying to achieve, where the value truly sits and how to make that value easier to see, trust and buy.
She holds an MBA and a Master of Finance. Her MARK Method™ — Meaningful, Appealing, Recognisable, Kept — underpins much of Neartú Advisory’s positioning and authority work.
Pete Kai Cunliffe
Pete brings the technical and analytical side of Neartú Advisory™, with experience spanning machine learning, operational intelligence, forecasting, Python, automation, cybersecurity, ethical hacking, systems design and technical problem-solving.
His work focuses on AI and automation, digital systems, data handling, security, process design, technical feasibility and the infrastructure needed to turn a promising idea into something usable, resilient and capable of growing.
He also brings a forecasting and analytical mindset to business decisions: testing assumptions, identifying weak points and narrowing the gap between an attractive concept and a workable one.
How we work together
Maggie looks at the person, the market, the opportunity, the positioning and the commercial decision. Pete looks at the systems, data, technology, risk, structure and whether the idea can be implemented properly.
Together, we can examine a business, offer, website, growth problem or digital project from both sides: what makes sense strategically and what can be executed well.
We value clarity over jargon, discretion over noise and useful outcomes over appearances.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve and where the business is getting stuck. The first conversation is free of charge and carries no pressure or obligation.
