A clearer move to Europe.
Moving to Europe involves dozens of decisions, but they do not all need to be made at once. We help you work out which decisions matter, which questions require specialist advice and what needs to happen first.
Start with the Strategy Session See All Relocation ServicesHave the conversation most people skip.
A move to Europe can begin with a villa listing, a school recommendation or a late-night search for visa rules. Before long, the project is spread across estate agents, lawyers, accountants, schools, removal companies and several browser tabs that disagree with one another.
The expensive mistakes usually begin earlier than the paperwork. They begin when a family starts choosing property before agreeing on the life the property is supposed to support, or chooses a country before identifying the conditions that would make the move work on an ordinary Tuesday.
Neartú provides the strategic front end to the move. We help you define the priorities, expose the unresolved questions and create a practical sequence before time, money and emotion become attached to the wrong answer.
Neartú European Relocation Strategy
A focused private engagement that turns a broad ambition into a defined set of decisions. You leave with a practical route forward, not another folder of general information.
Strategy before administration
The engagement includes the preparation, the consultation and the written work afterwards. There is no obligation to continue into a larger service.
Your relocation questionnaire
You complete a structured questionnaire covering the move, the people involved, the life you want to create and the decisions already made. This allows the consultation to begin with your circumstances instead of spending paid time collecting basic facts.
Your 90-minute consultation
We examine life, place, property and practical reality as one connected decision. The aim is to identify the real priorities, the assumptions that need testing and the order in which the work should proceed.
Your written blueprint
Within three business days, you receive a concise and personalised European Relocation Blueprint. It records the decisions, specialist questions, recommended sequence and immediate actions so the conversation becomes something you can use.
A structured conversation about the whole move.
The session has a clear method, but it is not a rigid script. We spend the time where your move requires it while making sure the central decisions are connected.
Life
We establish why Europe, what needs to change and what must remain possible. We also define what a successful move would look like for everyone involved.
Place
We compare countries, regions and cities through the conditions of daily life. These include schools, climate, community, accessibility, work, travel and seasonality.
Property
We consider renting or buying, realistic requirements and budget parameters. Location comes before property, and we establish the right point to begin scouting.
Practical reality
We identify the residency, tax, legal, banking, healthcare, insurance, school, business and logistics questions that affect the plan. Questions requiring professional advice are clearly assigned to qualified specialists.
The plan
The move is organised into Now, Next and Later. You leave knowing what requires attention immediately, what follows and what should wait.
Your European Relocation Blueprint
The blueprint is not a generic relocation checklist. It is a clear record of what matters in your move, what still needs to be established and how to proceed without trying to solve everything at once.
- Your relocation priorities and non-negotiables
- Your destination and location criteria
- The key decisions that need to be made
- Questions to take to qualified specialists
- A recommended order of work
- A practical 30-day action plan
The blueprint is normally 5–8 useful pages and is delivered within three business days. One follow-up email is included for questions raised within seven days of delivery.
Begin with the level of support the move requires.
Some clients need one decisive piece of strategy before they continue independently. Others want continuity while the move develops, and some require a more involved private advisory service across locations, property and arrival planning.
European Relocation Strategy
For individuals, couples and families who need to define the move before commissioning agents or specialists. It provides a clear starting point without creating an ongoing commitment.
- Pre-session questionnaire
- 90-minute private consultation
- Personalised relocation blueprint
- 30-day action plan
- One follow-up email
Relocation Advisory
For clients who want one person to hold the whole move in view while options, professional advice and new information begin to arrive. The work takes place over four focused weeks.
- Initial strategy session and full blueprint
- Two additional 60-minute advisory sessions
- Destination and location evaluation
- Rent-versus-buy and property strategy
- Review of third-party information and options
- Bounded email or WhatsApp support
- Updated action plan at the end
Private Relocation
For moves requiring deeper research, coordination and practical involvement. The scope is built around the client, the locations under consideration and the work that Neartú is specifically commissioned to handle.
- Relocation strategy and ongoing advisory
- Destination and area research
- Property scouting and viewing coordination
- Remote viewings or video walkthroughs
- School and location research
- Professional introductions where available
- Orientation and arrival planning
When the location is becoming clearer, the property search can become more intelligent.
Property scouting is available as a separately commissioned service for clients who want help finding, comparing or assessing options. We begin with the role the property must play in the wider move, then evaluate opportunities against the criteria already established.
This may include search strategy, area comparison, viewing coordination, remote walkthroughs and a structured review of shortlisted properties. Legal checks, surveys, conveyancing, finance and regulated advice remain with the relevant qualified professionals.
Ask About Property AdvisoryWe coordinate the thinking.
We connect the lifestyle, destination, property and practical sides of the move so that decisions are made with the whole picture in view. Where specialist input is needed, we help you identify the right question and the right point at which to ask it.
- Clarify priorities and expose contradictions
- Structure decisions and the order of work
- Research and compare locations or options
- Review information in the context of the whole move
- Introduce vetted specialists where available
Qualified specialists handle qualified work.
Neartú is not a law firm, tax practice, immigration representative, mortgage broker or removal company. We will not blur those boundaries, guarantee decisions made by third parties or present general research as regulated advice.
- Legal, tax and regulated financial advice
- Immigration representation or visa applications
- Conveyancing, surveys or mortgage brokerage
- School admission guarantees
- Physical moving and logistics unless separately included
- Unlimited support or guaranteed third-party outcomes
A relocation is a life decision with commercial and practical consequences.
Neartú works across strategy, research, positioning, systems and technical reality. That wider view is useful when a European move involves not only a home, but also a business, remote work, professional commitments, digital operations or several people whose needs must fit together.
We do not begin by selling a country, a property or a predetermined solution. We begin by understanding what the move is meant to make possible, then build the plan around that.
Tell Us About Your MoveEuropean relocation advisory, explained.
Do I need to know which country I am moving to?
No. The strategy session is especially useful when you are considering several countries, regions or cities, because it gives us criteria against which those options can be compared. If you have already chosen a destination, we use the same process to test whether the location supports the life, work and practical requirements behind the move.
Will you tell me which visa or tax structure to use?
No. Immigration, legal and tax advice must come from suitably qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction. Neartú helps you identify the questions, understand when they affect another decision and approach the specialists with a clearer brief.
Can we work with Neartú after the strategy session?
Yes, when further support is useful and the work is a good fit. You may continue into the four-week Relocation Advisory, commission property or destination research, or discuss a bespoke Private Relocation engagement, but the €375 session carries no obligation to do so.
Can you help if a business is part of the move?
Yes. We can include the business, remote-working requirements, digital operations and commercial continuity in the wider strategy, then identify which questions require local legal, tax, employment or regulatory advice. The objective is to stop the personal and professional sides of the move from being planned in isolation.
How quickly will I receive the blueprint?
Your personalised European Relocation Blueprint is delivered within three business days of the consultation. You then have seven days to send one follow-up email covering questions raised by the blueprint.
